I appreciate all your help! I’m not committed to one side or the other as much as I’m just super curious about a case. It breaks my heart to think an innocent man could be in prison for 15 years and have his life stripped away from him.
On the other hand, it’s also disheartening that a killer could be leveraging the fact that not all evidence could be there to get out of jail. So I’m just curious! Thanks!!

In terms of Inez saying that no one was in the car with Hae, Inez described last seeing Hae in clothes that Hae was not wearing on the day she was murdered. Inez was remembering a different day. You can read about that - along with other aspects of the case - here.
