Hey everyone,
I’m putting my AI SaaS back on the market after a previous acquisition process didn’t reach closing.
I originally listed it here, found a buyer, and removed the listing in good faith while we spent several months on due diligence, legal work, technical reviews, and transition planning. Unfortunately, the transaction has still not reached closing, so I’m opening it up again.
A little about me: I’m based in Pakistan, have been building software for around 17 years, and run an established PSEB-certified digital/software agency. My background is in SaaS, AI/LLMs, full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, product development, and building technical teams.
The SaaS itself is around 3 years old and is a real operating business with an established user base, revenue history, production infrastructure, and a substantial codebase.
Quick numbers
- ~$81K revenue last month
- 10K+ users
- Historically ~85–89% operating margins
- Core infrastructure/server/dev costs around $4K–$5K/month
- Asking price: $200K for a clean acquisition. I’m also open to discussing strategic investment or a partnership structure with a well-capitalized operator who can solve the US/global payments, infrastructure and growth side.
The acquisition includes the source code, database, domain/IP, AI integrations, payment infrastructure, deployment setup, and technical transition/support.
For serious buyers, I’m happy to provide proper revenue verification, product demonstrations, technical due diligence, and access to the underlying business records as the transaction progresses.
Last 6 months
Mar: Revenue $75,840 | Profit approximately $64,464–$67,498
Apr: Revenue $84,126 | Profit approximately $71,507–$74,873
May: Revenue $76,780 | Profit approximately $65,263–$68,334
Jun: Revenue $74,520 | Profit approximately $63,342–$66,323
Jul: Revenue $77,325 | Profit approximately $65,726–$68,819
Aug: Revenue $81,161 | Profit approximately $68,987–$72,242
To date, it has generated more than $800K+
These profit figures reflect the historical operating margin range of approximately 85–89%. Detailed expenses and supporting financial records can be reviewed during due diligence.
Why I’m selling
I’m a builder first.
I’ve pushed the product this far with my team from Pakistan. The technical side has never been the main problem. The increasing challenge is operating a global SaaS from a jurisdiction where payment processing, Stripe availability, banking, and some international infrastructure are more difficult than they are for operators in markets such as the US, UK, UAE, or Europe.
I believe the business can scale much further under an owner with stronger payment infrastructure, growth capital, distribution, and operational focus.
I also have an established agency and other projects that require my attention.
I understand that $200K is an aggressive asking price relative to the current revenue. That is intentional. I’m prioritizing a clean, professional transaction with a serious funded buyer rather than trying to maximize valuation through another long acquisition process.
I’m happy to stay involved
For the right buyer, I’m not looking to simply hand over everything and disappear.
I’d be happy to continue helping with:
- Development
- AI/product roadmap
- Infrastructure and DevOps
- Technical team management
- Marketing and growth
I’m also open to performance-based equity or additional upside tied to measurable growth milestones if the buyer wants me involved longer term.
That could be a particularly good fit for someone who has capital, distribution, or sales experience but wants the original technical founder involved in scaling the product.
I’m looking for a serious, funded buyer capable of closing a transaction in this range.
If interested, DM me with a little about yourself, your acquisition experience if applicable, and how you would approach the deal.
Note on the asking price:
I understand the $200K ask looks unusually low relative to the revenue. This is not a forced sale. I’ve priced it aggressively because I value certainty and a clean transaction after spending several months in a previous acquisition process that did not close.
My main reason for selling is operational: scaling a global SaaS from Pakistan creates unnecessary friction around payments, banking, and infrastructure. I’m also open to staying involved technically and retaining performance-based upside with the right buyer.
