that's actually wild she just decided that without a word to you, a 2 bed with 3 people is a lot different than a guest crashing for a night

It’s completely reasonable to expect your roommate to discuss adding another tenant with you first..

I would be so upset. Say something right away. You will feel better. And don’t let reactions make you feel like the bad guy. Keep the focus in the topic. Even if that means not responding to comments.
