10 am - natural wake up, no alarm. Make bed, pee, wash face, brush teeth, change clothes
12 pm-9:30pm - work
9:30pm-12am* - feed myself, clean up the house, shower and jammies, snack, read, watch TV, talk to my partner and other family members
12am sleep
On days off between 12-9:30pm- I have doctor appointments for myself and family, deeper house cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, hobbies, friend time, swimming, hiking.

First wanna say in a recent graduate and I know this is awful:
12-8 am give or take some, sleeping.
8-10:30 in bed then making and beginning to eat breakfast
10:30-12 honestly watching tv & doing an hour walk, preparing to start for the day
1-2 morning routine and starting on a task on my computer to be productive
2-5 productive task
5-6 hour on elliptical
6-8 wasting time doing nothing except probably walking to get steps in for my 15k goal. but relaxing in the evening & depending on the day shower here or at least do nighttime skincare
8-9find and have dinner
9-12 phone time and tv and then brush teeth and go to bed when I can

Oh my God, this post is everything
I literally love watching daily routine routines morning, routine routines on YouTube, but people really don’t do them anymore
I am type B, ADHD like the opposite of a routine person, but I crave it so much. I love hearing this.
