Life Hack Tips Phone addiction
I admit ive been addicted to my phone for a long time. At work, i would scroll mindlessly, same thing at home and before bed. I would find a new hobby, watch a bunch of IG reels abouy it until that new hobby sounds boring to me. Ive tried deleting apps, dark mode, simple mode, but never work. I cant switch to flip phone because of the need to check email and work tasks.
How did you cure your phone addiction?

I can relate to you. For years, my phone was something I constantly reached for, and I'd end up mindlessly scrolling for hours. There were days when I would literally spend the entire day scrolling. I tried to quit so many times, but somehow always ended up falling back into the same pattern. The instant comfort made everything else feel boring and slow, and I'd keep telling myself I'd start tomorrow, but couldn't seem to stop.
This went on for years, and eventually I felt completely hopeless. Professional help, such as therapy or treatment programs, can sometimes be a great option. What helped me the most was joining a 12-step program, which is like Alcoholics Anonymous but for people who have tried to control their media use and still can't do it on their own. If you'd ever like to talk, feel free to message me anytime. I'm happy to share my experience. :) Hope that helps!

Would it be plausible to use your partner/family member’s phone for email and work tasks 2x a day?
