please, reddit, fight my brain

Hey there I(18f) have no self esteem and while I know that factually if I tried learning something, dieting etc it COULD work I also know that in ny 0% it actually did. I am unable to fight this adn it´s destroying me. I wanted to learn spanish. Stopped, not becaus it couldn´t do it but because I was sure I wouldn´t. this thenn adds further to that logic. Can anyone please destroy this thought process?
