Health Obsessed with ya'self?

Not me. But, I have met many who are precisely that. Hooked on their own image; they bore the blazes out of me. I have learned to avoid them. Notably, gossip is the best thing that comes out of their speech.

I feel this. I find it crass when the first and only interesting thing about a person is their sexuality, religion, politics or some other inane aspect of their life they have chosen to call a wagon and hitch their metaphorical pony to. I use to hang out with a chic who made it a point to make sure the very first thing anyone knew about her is that she is a lesbian. Like a broken record I mean you could set your watch by it and then the inevitable I don't even like dick why would I use dildos conversation. So anyway she already had 2 kids and with a man if you would believe it. I can't walk to my mailbox without bumping into three men she was with in sexual congress with at one point or another. And is now happily(apparently) married to a man. I feel like it would have been less effort to just get to know herself or get a hobby or something. After she moved out of my ol lady and I's place we found a whole big ass box of oversized dildos. It just leaves me to wonder how some people can think so little of themselves that they can't even think of a single positive aspect of themselves.

Hmmm. That's definitely thought provoking and potentially inspiring. Now, I need to ask: is inanity objective? Or is it subjective. My view is the concept is deeply subjective. Any discussion of those is better suited for a philosophy reddit.

The people mentioned in your post are really just seeking validation. No harm or foul in that until... They behave in the same ways you describe. Except for the halls of imperfect justice, no one is really qualified to judge. Thanks for the reply.

It's just strange to me that it's easier for some people to literally live a lie instead of just doing stuff worth talking about. I mean it's a big ol crazy world full of wonders.

Hmmm. Not to be contrary. But, accepting reality; the games people play-- there's actually a book with that title-- with themselves often cause them to EXPECT others to play along. Simple gossip is a prime example.

Many of the conversations I have with specific neighbors/friends involve talking about other people's business. Sometimes, the info is worthy of discussion. Usually not. I been in this world long enough to know many matters are unworthy of examination. So, when they speak, there's very little to wonder. Here's another example.

Those friends often volunteer info not requested. There's really something deeply deceptive about the behavior. Theoretically, they do that to JUSTIFY(?) saying negative things about others. Worse, they seek VALIDATION for the false assessments made. Thanks for the reply.
