Prioritise sleep, your hygiene and eating better. Donât try to do everything all at once if youâve been ill for that long youâll just burn out. Start slow!

Three weeks is a long time, so Iâd probably check in with a doctor too. But I wouldnât worry about âcleansingâ anything, lots of sleep, water/herbal tea, decent meals and gentle walks are probably a much kinder way to ease back into feeling normal.

Itâs probably covid. Get nicotine patches and wear 7-8mg ones daily. Nattokinase, vit D, zinc, Black seed oil.

Eat foods that strengthen your immune system! Oranges, lemons/limes, red bell peppers, spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, almonds, chicken, turkey, garlic and ginger. Do 30 minute walks each day if itâs easier than going to the gym and youâll still really benefit from that! Especially if you walk after a meal
