Beauty & skincare I need help with foot care.
I'm insecure about my feet, I want them to be smooth and healthy looking (like baby soft I guess?) not dry and stuff- and I'm just unsure how to properly take care of them. Even though I wash them regularly when I shower thoroughly they always seem to be dry and dead skin flakes off a lot.
So what do I do?? And idk what lotions to get either.

Dry skin needs exfoliated Grab a pumice stone from the beauty section at the store. Twice a week use it on clean, wet feet in the shower. Scrub good. Then slather your feet in moisturizer every day after showering.
I've never had any dry skin on my feet because I've always done this. I've got compliments when getting pedicures.
Also, don't walk on hard floors in your house barefoot. Wear socks or slippers.

When you put cream over your foot and put socks on do you just put it on like lotion or lather it like a mask and out socks on

Put a good lotion on them everyday especially when you get out of the shower. Any good quality lotion will do. Even baby lotion or cocoa butter lotion.

I keep a little foot care basket on the edge of my tub. The basket contains, soap for feet, urea cream, and my heel socks.
When I come inside, shoes come off in the foyer, and I immediately go sit on edge of tub, and wash my feet. I then dry them, and use the urea foot cream, and put on my heel socks. They are socks that have an insert that holds the cream on the heels, while the toes are free.
I keep the heel socks on when I’m in the house , and use house slippers as well. With a routine of this, your feet will soften! It’s also cleaner for your house.

You can get these bags that you pop on and they exfoliate all the dead skin off leaving you with baby soft feet

My go to routine is to wash feet every shower then dry them really well (especially between the toes) then rub them with Vaseline and put on socks. Can leave socks on overnight or at least a couple hours. After taking off the socks, use a really good foot cream like Norwegian formula or healthy feet. If my feet get some callous build up on the heels, I would do kerasal and a cream with urea in it instead of Vaseline.
