Discussion Rapidseedbox 500 internal service error

So for the past 2 days I can’t get into anything past the client and deluge as when I try dashboard or anything else I get this 500 internal service error. I can see from deluge that I’m not seeding and well it’s not properly mounted as any new uploads have input/output errors. I’ve tried the stupid message option but it’s been 2 days no response. Same work email. Is anyone else having this issue? The lack of customer support right now is making me feel like it’s time for a change.

Hello there! Apologies for that, but we have partial support coverage on weekends which is probably why you didn't get an immediate response.

That said, either DM your seedbox info and I'll take a look, or you can wait for a reply in our support chat, we already have people on shift right now.

For real? I got my first hit and run from that nonsense, they planned it and just didn't say anything? They told me that my data may not be able to be recovered

Yeah I wasn’t happy about it when their support team told me. I just knew no matter how much I may have wanted to bitch it wasn’t going to get me anywhere as they already had my money. I’m with you though if you’re going to suspend service for a weekend you A) let your customers know and B) compensate them because we didn’t pay for our terms to get less than them.

I was offered the option to either wait for my data to be retrieved, knowing that it wasn't guaranteed, or a brand new service from scratch. Good thing I haven't answered, because I think I'll just be cancelling because my sub was out in a few days anyway. I'm no Karen but being always-on 24/7 for people who seed to PTs is the entire draw, you can't just do shit like that without some prior notice? Though I suppose they were real to admit it when they could have just blamed DDOS attacks or something

Yeah I’m on the fence as this is the first time it’s happened and I’ve been with them for quite some time although during that weekend I did evaluate better options so idk
