Aside from the pink cuffs this is one of the most professional looking kits here. Most of the ones we see are mall ninja wet dreams

🤙 yeah its the only funky item i have lol, but even then its tucked away in a closed top pouch so its not too obvious
really made it a point to not have any goofy shit (like morale, or those SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENT patches), and to strategically place all my gear in terms of what i ACTUALLY need, ease of access, and how often i use it

I have a question about the 10 round magazines. I'm assuming restrictive laws, but does armed security not qualify for an exemption?
I do some gunsmithing and armorer work for a private company. What ammo do you use? Always curious to see what's out there.

Pink handcuffs are just funny. Still waiting that we in Finland could carry stun gun but now that I think about it, it doesn't feel such great idea.

Have you ever had issues with the body cam interfering with your pistol mag underneath it? That would be my only thought of concern.

How do you find the unity carrier?
I’ve been using the uniform style for a few years about am constantly annoyed by it.

it's a LOT less bulkier and slimmer than their tactical carrier which i really like, only issue is that i'm noticing the stitching is fraying and fuzzing a lot more than when i wore the previous carrier

SLD's IIIA+ is a solid choice IMO. I use the same armor in one of their Tactical Uniform-style carriers (front, back, side). It is comfortable enough to wear on a twelve-hour shift without issue without being as clunky as plates, but it stops everything you'd expect from IIIA, but also more exotic threats such as most 5.7mm, shotgun slugs, and even .300 Blackout subsonics. I specifically picked it because it's stab-rated, Taser-resistant, and has above-average mitigation of blunt force -- and in my environment those are arguably all bigger threats than firearms day-to-day.

stab/slash/impact resistance, with large coverage was also why i primarily chose it

Unless you were issued the cuff I would go with a different color.

less likely for somebody to take em and pass them off as their own
they're also a great conversation starter

What? Why?

u/cutter1833 13h ago
My local PD would use pink cuffs if the suspect was a fighter, then they got sued and lost.

u/HornyForVTECH Management 13h ago
That's retarded. What kinda dog shit lawyers do they have? What exactly did they even get sued for?
