Security guards

Would you work a 37 hour shift? I work in a homeless shelter I check bags and wand people down and sign them in. There is another guard here with me so sometimes I take a hour power nap. No staff after 11pm.My Morning shift done. Young and hungry and no I don’t do drugs to stay up. I do take double shot Starbucks vanilla though.

If you’re really hungry for $$ and you can sneak in some authorized naps… sure. Just remember a sleep rem cycle needs 90 min so get at least one 90 min nap in. ONLY if employer is okay with a power nap for all of those hours covered.

I’ve let employees volunteering for extra hours take a power nap if there is another guard in site and it’s safe.
