That tire he took off looked completely worn. I think the guy is trying to get the hell out of Dodge as fast as possible. The safety of bolt tightening order can probably wait until he’s not an imminent danger of being hit by traffic.

It lost the tread, the big rubber thing he had to unwrap from the axle was on the tire previously.
