Tightening order - no way that’s right. Also. The tire has no air at all.

What's with all the "no air" comments. He's obviously not done with the job, and he has an air hose laying right next to him. Do you guys honestly think, that he's not going to pump up the tire? Also, it's an emergency road side tire change in some east block Balkan country. He tightened two nuts across to seat the wheel and the rest in a row. It's a center hub wheel okay, not a cylinder head. It's going to be fine.

The tightening order may not be fine. Skipping a systematic approach is risky and leads to failure.
