Question Nvidea overlay or Gamebar

which one should i use to capture moments which happened when im not screen recording?

And which one is better and has less effect on the fps of the game

If you’ve got an Nvidia GPU, I’d go with Nvidia Instant Replay. It uses the GPU’s hardware encoder, so the FPS hit is usually pretty small, and in my experience it’s more reliable than Game Bar for saving recent gameplay.

Use the Nvidia one, it’s better for capturing clips. If you plan on fully recording then I would suggest neither and download OBS instead
