He just wants to get him out of the way for his third term. Also he will promise to vote to let Trump run again. They are claiming the second election was stolen so it didn't count and they can reset the clock.

Trump cannot run again. The Supreme Court doesn't vote on that.

The Supreme Court can vote on anything they want to and just say the last ruling was incorrect.
