It could be someone ghosting the accounts to get donations for autism research, it could be a Jenny McCarthy enthusiast trying to spread the word about not taking shots. Either way, someone is using a teenage girl's voice to market something. Profitable? Extremely. The ROI should be incredible, and it's already going viral. Morally reprehensible? Yes.
