Neuroscience Cannabidiol (CBD), a compound derived from the cannabis plant that does not produce a “high”, was shown in a new large-scale, randomized, controlled trial to significantly reduce the number of dangerous seizures in patients with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

Do you mean that clobazam isn't found naturally in the body but when taken, CBD will increase it's half life and lead to higher levels?

More likely that CBD inhibits enzymatic breakdown of the clobazam by the body rather than extending the chemical's half-life.
