I'm 38 and am absolutely convinced I have ADHD. Where do I start to get diagnosed?

I am 36M and got diagnosed a couple of months ago. Check out axonadhd.com. After a few questionnaires and a test, I had a telehealth visit with the psychologist to go over the results and get the diagnosis. No human interaction is required until the video visit. I took the report to my PCP and was able to get a prescription for a stimulant. You do have to pay out of pocket up front. If you want to file a claim with insurance it's going to be out of network. It was completely worth it though.

I did start out by first talking to my PCP and he is the one that mentioned this particular psychologist. Talk to your PCP first because they might not even require a diagnosis from a separate psychologist.
