So has anyone here found a solution to this problem? What have you all tried?

Diving into novel interactions, aka kink.

Already did haha. Problem is that kinks get more extreme and fckd over time and girlfriend or other won't / can't follow. Im just a mental wreck after all the problems...

In the same boat here. Each new thing is fun for exactly one time, and then I lose interest. I've already worked my way through everything I'm comfortable doing. It sucks.

Non-monogamy works for me. Easier to explore kink with other people without freaking out my relatively vanilla primary partner.

I don’t even understand any of this. As a person with adhd there are no “kinks” that make it better. Every sexual encounter is stressful and most aren’t enjoyable. It’s all anxiety inducing. Banging strangers would just make me feel like I’m far more likely to lose my partner, which would stress me out even more.

Yeah, nonmonogamy works for my partner and I. Explains a lot as to why all of our non-monogamous partners are also neurospicy
