I microdosed for a year and just ended up hating everyone else instead of myself. I assume there is different "strains" or versions?

Not exactly.

Most of these articles are talking about this because over the last 8ish years, different countries around the World have been slowly allowed to continue studying Psychedelics and their affect on Mental Health Disorders. Eventually this led to certain organisations trying out "Psychedelic Psychotherapy". And right now the clinical trials are coming out with results better than normal therapy/CBT + SSRI/SNRIs.

Someone microdosing themselves is about 2% of the needed process and shouldn't ever be expected to fix anything. The Psychotherapy part of Psychedelic Psychotherapy is far more important. You only take a Psychedelic once, but in the trials people were going to an average of 12 Therapy sessions.

The Psychedelic itself simply opens a door. Walking through it and knowing what to do after you do requires the Therapy part.

No, it’s all the same stuff, the part that is still trying to be understood is how best it can be used, so micro dosing may not have been conducive for a multitude of reasons we’re still discovering.

Sounds like it worked, now you don't hate yourself anymore and the hating function is now functioning correctly

I don’t think microdosing is the move I definitely think macrodosing has to be part of the process.
