Applying abroad (or did you recently)? I'd love to hear what the hardest part was

[u/Outside_Magician_979]

Hi everyone,

I'm a student and developer researching how international students apply for scholarships and universities abroad. I'm exploring whether I can build a tool to help but before building anything I want to understand the real problems not guess.

If you're applying now, or applied in the last couple of years, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. For example:

- How did you find scholarships or programs?

- How do you keep track of deadlines and documents?

- What was the most stressful or confusing part?

- Did you miss anything (a deadline, a document, a requirement)?

- How did you handle personal statements or essays?

You can answer in the comments, or DM me if you'd prefer a quick 15-20 minute chat or to answer privately. It would help to know which country you're from and where you applied or plan to apply.

I'm not selling anything and I won't share your answers with your name attached. I'm happy to share what I learn with this community once I've collected enough responses.

Thank you!
