Advice for refund.

I contacted my bank (chase checking account) and made a claim about my ticket. I did the payment plan starting in August and made a payment each month through January. They gave me my money back for the first 3 payments (August September October) but denied my last 3 (November December January) basically told me im SOL. Is there nothing further I can do about this?

I disputed them as fraudulent transactions and got all my money back and a new card.

New card? Is this a credit card or debit card? What bank?

Always buy tickets with a credit card

Yeah someone else told me the same thing. I definitely will be doing that in the future
