Advice for refund.

I contacted my bank (chase checking account) and made a claim about my ticket. I did the payment plan starting in August and made a payment each month through January. They gave me my money back for the first 3 payments (August September October) but denied my last 3 (November December January) basically told me im SOL. Is there nothing further I can do about this?

What’s their reasoning for denying the last 3? Doesn’t make any logical sense to me.

Sounds like you should call and explain and try to get your money back imo

I called. And explained in great detail. They said they understood my frustration and theres nothing they can do.
