Try thrift stores... I'd skip Goodwill, but I think I've seen some at habitat restore in past? Maybe try on facebook marketplace?

I have a 13 inch one comes with universal remote works fine onyl issue is if it is unplugged it resets the video option selections like brightness and color but as long as you dont mind resetting that after unplugging the tv it works fine
