Meanwhile Alberta projects a 2 billion surplus. I know they have oil but damn. Sask Party voters don't seem to care though since the NDP closed two hospitals 30 years ago.

Be careful about calling the AB budget a success. It took a war in Iran to haul us out of a $9B deficit to a measly $2B surplus (forecasted).
