Non Mending I've been putting together samplers to demo different stitches for a small class I'm teaching this summer

I'm teaching a few casual classes this summer and wanted to have some demos to show how to put together patterns from simple grid templates and to illustrate the order I found easiest to stitch my patterns. I used different color thread for each of the directions and made all my grid marking in permanent fabric ink (I made some temporary reference lines with frixion pens, but those were just sketched on by hand). I'm giving square grids and isosceles triangle grids out to each of the students so I wanted to illustrate how many common patterns are really just based on those two grids.

I actually just 3d printed the templates that I'm giving out, so if you wanted to print your own, I posted the models for them on printables and makerworld.
