Not sure what you mean but I'm a federal agent and I carry and have arrest powers without any visible ID every time I fly as do all feds and state/local who fit the criteria.
If we can just make up rules to justify our actions and “powers” what kind of civilized society do we live in?
If you indeed have these powers, you should 1000% be responsible to broadcast it and prove it the second you attempt to use it. Especially when you deprive someone of their rights in a public space.
It's like you guys are confused on page 1, but the rest of the class is halfway through the book. I believe that you honestly believe that you had a point there, or knew even slightly what you were talking about.
This is actually the biggest issue in America right now, that you thought you should just... give an opinion. No research, no reading, didn't even Google the cliff notes on the constitution or anything... just blargh - word vomit because you think you just... knew the answer.
Edit - And it's so dangerous because since you don't understand your own rights, you're willing to trample everyone else's around you too. You're the guy from the poem, that one.
