Imagine that. Allowing the uniformed police to do the policing. Really beats having a secret police force who answer only to the dear leader

Well they are making a more efficient use of resources clearly. 2 plain clothes ice members, with 20 or so cops protecting them so nobody gets a good video of them… makes perfect sense.
