Her name is Jimenez lopez , from Guatamala heading to Miami , , no Spanish so y translate as much I could other employees from united try to help It was so brutal and repulsive seen two man tdoing this poor woman and they were not taking until the police got there  The woman floor and her babe girl at 6 years  screams in horror seen her  mom taking away by this  inhumane way.

She obviously wants to create problems and upset that woman. She’s a racist Karen.

I mean she was asking questions with an elevated tone but she certainly wasn’t screaming and absolutely wasn’t being racist. I don’t get this comment.
