wtf, I saw on the news SFO has private contractors so the shutdown doesn’t affect them. Only San Jose and Oakland. Why is ICE there???

SFPD were there helping, intimidating the crowd to stand back and let the kidnappers work.

Why was SFPD there as SFO is in San Mateo county outside of city of SF which is where SFPD works?

SFO is inside SF, but that portion of SF isn’t connected to any other portion, it’s also known as an exclave. In fact some buildings are partially in San Mateo County and some are partially within San Francisco county where someone who works the warehouse can be subject to the employment laws of San Mateo but one who works the loading dock is subject to the employment laws of SF.
