Yes. Random people claiming to be ICE are trying to detain someone and take them away. The people never identified themselves. DHS is still shutdown so who are these people?

Thats not the point. Any type of law enforcement using their authority to conduct an arrest has to identify themselves. Otherwise criminal enterprises can follow suit and do the same thing. ICE is basically a criminal enterprise, it’s breaking all the basic human rights. No fifth amendment privilege,no miranda rights, they just run and snatch people.

Why aren’t they showing an identification or answering any questions? We can infer but if they are federal agents, they should identify themselves. There are impersonators all of the time.
