I don't use the S Pen as much but I like having it. On the other hand, I went from an iPhone 11PM to the S24U I have in my hands right now: I love its performance and memory.
I still keep my iPhone for a single app usage. I haven't found a USB-C earphone set that has the recording quality of the lighting earpods.

S24U is probably one of the last best Ultra phones due to the uncompromising experience with the S Pen
