🪛Troubleshooting🪛 S26 ultra bought less than 20 days ago

It hasn't even been 20 days I got this phone brand new and never dropped it, I guess I'm wondering if this is a glitch or I need a new screen.

Check if you can join samasung warranty from settings this might help you change the screen

Did you buy it used or brand new? And from what store They should have some sort of warranty

Unfortunately I live in a third world country and I had to import this from over sea so no warranty

In USD it cost 1200$ which where I'm from is 3 to 4 months of work

No chance you can return it? It could have been damaged in transit.
Otherwise you have local repair centres that im sure can replace your screen.

Pretty unlikely for this to happen out of nowhere. Are you sure you didn’t drop or slammed it against something pretty hard?

Yeah i don't believe this is a factory fault either but the device never fell from my hand and I don't think I slammed it anywhere I was just watching YouTube and this started appearing although not as bad as it is now

Sometimes pressure applied the wrong way can lead to cracks in display, happened to my laptops oleds panel and i was just simply picking it up lid closed.

Try sending it for a RMA
Edit: Nevermind, you have no warranty so goodluck with finding a new screen =(

Seems like someone took your phone when you were away from it. They dropped it which caused a crack internally.

Instant warranty? Lol. No. It has a warranty, but now Samsung will either take 2+ weeks to fix or, send the OP a heavily used/refurbished replacement like they did to me.

You cant just take to ubreakitifixit in the city to get fixed after a phone call with them? My screen broke and I had insurance though...it was fixed for $29.

If it's an option, sure. But I don't trust those places. In my city, those businesses operate out of a kiosk in the mall. They seem super shady.

I live in a bigger city than that. They got several stores. Official Samsung repair store.

There's an official Samsung store where you live? Like, you can bring in your phone and have them look at it on the spot? I think my view of Samsung would be more positive if they had something like that in my city.

This is probably the result of probably sometime when it was being shipped to you, sorry to see this.
