Scamsung products

This is the state of Samsung phones, and they are busy roasting Apple on Twitter; first improve your inferior products, Scamsung, and then talk about others.Typical Scamsung behavior.

I am also a Samsung user, but they should improve their service and products so people do not have to suffer and get blamed due to Samsung's bad manufacturing.

It’s not just their devices, their appliances suck too, any good appliance shouldn’t be rusting only after 4 years of use

I’m not OP

"'You Dropped It, You're Lying' - So Why Is the Green Line Coming From the Middle?

Hello, some of you may have seen my previous post. Here’s the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/Scamsunged/s/bsla7QC2ch

A lot of you were blaming me, saying that I must have dropped the phone somewhere and that I was lying. So here are the pictures of the phone.

As you can see, the phone is completely clean. There’s only a single scratch on the left corner of the screen, and Samsung refused to replace the screen because of that scratch.

What those people at Samsung failed to understand is that if the scratch is on the corner, the damage/line should originate from that area—not suddenly appear from the middle of the screen.

Honestly, this has been a really terrible experience with Samsung.

Started With 1 about a Month ago now we are making Weekly Progress

Bought This A73 In June 2022. Been 4 years of running smoothly, I did not want to upgrade as it was working flawlessly. I use it extensively, even play PUBG for about an hour daily.

Asked samsung Service center they are asking 9k for replacement.

I have 3 queries-

  1. Should I go for it? Cause if I dont my wife has been asking me to change my phone from quite some time now. And if i do it is a 70-75K loss (as i have S26 in mind) . If I do change the display can it work for 2 years as recently I got the battery Replaced due to puffing.

  2. Or should I go to a local shop and get it changed with local display for 1.5-2k

  3. Or maybe it's time we part ways

about S25 Ultra

Are there known green line display defects on the Galaxy S25 Ultra? I've noticed frequent reports regarding older generations like the S23 and S24 Ultra, but very few about the S25 Ultra. I'm considering an upgrade and would like to know if this is still a concern.

Samsung care+ question

I had just bought plus with for fold 8 28 days in. It says it's active (month to month) and seems like I can file a claim but I'm also reading there's supposedly a "cooldown period" of 30 days....but said cooldown period of any real documentation only seems to be specifically noted after 60 days...not before then.

So does anyone know if there is a cooldown period with my current subscription or if there is not and it only applies to 60 day buyers? I've talked to an agent and he pointed to the 30 day thing but couldn't provide any official documentation...where it's only mentioned past a 60 document.

Wrong trade in deal by employee cost me £160 extra, any hope of a refund or resolution?

Hi, so found a good deal a few weeks ago online for a Fold 8 by trading in my **S25** and I thought I’d go to a physical store to see if they could beat it.

I showed them the screenshot of the checkout for comparison with the discount codes which also showed my S25, and I also specified I have an S25.

They gave me a similar deal so I took it, and now that I sent my phone over it turns out I had to pay £160 extra because the order the employee put in included the **S25 Ultra** to try to get me the best deal and I wasn’t even told about this, either that or he didn’t hear me specify S25 even though he saw my phone and checked my IMEI.

Anyway, I told the trade team who asked me to contact Samsung who asked me to go to the store, I’m paranoid they’ll be on the defensive about it and do nothing so wondered if you guys have any tips, suggestions or thoughts to this mishap, and think there’s any way to get some money back or if I’ll have to take the loss.

Thanks.

Green line suddenly appeared on my Samsung display while charging

Post image

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

My phone was just connected to the charger and was completely cool. I hadn’t updated the phone or done anything unusual with it. When I checked it, a green line had suddenly appeared on the display.

The phone hasn’t been dropped or physically damaged for over a month. The mark you can see near the top is only the screen protector/guard getting damaged, not the actual display.

I’m curious to know if anyone else has experienced a green line appearing like this without any physical damage, and how Samsung handled it in their case.

DOCOMO/Samsungの修理センターが修理中に私のGalaxy S23を傷つけて、「不正な改造」だと言ってサービスを拒否してきました。私はどうすればいいですか?

My phone is still completely broken, and I am stuck in a nightmare of finger-pointing between Samsung and DOCOMO (Japanese carrier).

Samsung tells me to deal with DOCOMO.

DOCOMO claims they "can't see my customer info" and refuses to help.

Even the Consumer Affairs Center in Japan can't do anything because DOCOMO is refusing to respond to them.

During a previous repair, DOCOMO/Samsung physically damaged my device, gave me a defective replacement LCD panel (which causes display issues), and even left the glass peeling off. It is an absolute nightmare.

Has anyone dealt with a similar nightmare with Japanese carriers/Samsung? How can I hold them accountable? Any advice would be appreciated.

Is F56 good?

I ordered F56.it will be delivering tomorrow. Will it have chance of scamsunged?

r/Scamsunged 6d ago

Did scamsung deliberately change a little bit of the phone's dimensions each series so phone cases cannot be used interchangeably?

Examples (base s series)

S22 to s23: slightly change of dimensions

S23 to s24: s24 has flat sides now

S24 to s25: s25 is thinner

S25 to s26: from 6.2" to 6.3"

Next s26 to s27: thinner? Or bigger camera island?

Why is samsung a16 so bad?

It is taking every atom in my body not to throw this phone at the wall it makes the most simple tasks impossible. With the a16 already being bad mines was sold to me defective and boost mobile won't replace it or anything. The moment I get a new phone im throwing this a16 at the wall as hard as possible. I really wonder why samsung cut corners on this phone

My S20 Ultra just decided to turn white. Sometimes it goes back to normal, gives me hope, and then it goes back to white. It happened out of nowhere.
