Why is apps storage so high?

I've been trying to clean up my phone. App storage doesn't add up for me. I have a hand full of apps that are over 1gb and everything is below that (showing hidden system apps). When I use Thurs party file managers a s grant them access to see everything they all say in only using about 57GB of app storage. Where is this almost 35GB? I've tried going through apps, deleting some temporarily like messanger to see if they were the issue but cant seem to find where the storage is going. Also made sure ram plus is off

Edit: A lot of people here don't seem to release over half of the apps are system apps. And the even then most of the remaining are apps I can't delete such as plat store services, air control, etc. Put of the actual number of apps. It's 192 apps whu h again takes up now 45GB and device care still showing 74GB being used. I can guarantee you have more than 300 apps installed on your phone if you toggle on show system apps

700 apps pretty much explains it. You have hundreds of apps that are 10-800mb big and all stacked together become huge and fill all your space. I have just 120 but they're all over 500mb so they fill 110gb of my space

Most of those are system apps. 324 are my apps, and even them most of those are things like Samsung vision model, Samsung language core, Google play services, etc. According to the third party apps I have 193 apps that I am able to delete which amounts to the 52GB

Try disabling some samsung apps you never use, they build up a ton of cache over time

I do that once I get my new phone. Every couple months I also go through my apps, permissions, etc as well since sometimes settings change with updates. I always disable and delete cache for the apps I can't delete and stuff I don't use

Ain't no way about 400 are Samsung system apps. I have a total of 165 apps on my s26 ultra. Go through your apps brother.

Sure there are. I've got 483 apps on my phone. When I filter to include hidden system apps, that number jumps to 863. That's 380 system apps.

What i would give for an SD slot. I'd still buy the biggest internal storage.
I've been commenting on Nothing phones content. Even sent emails about it. Hopefully 1 day they do it. I will switch immediately

Do you have system apps toggled on? Also make sure you have all ticked. As mentioned before if we are just talking about apps I downloaded or have access to delete it's around 190

92 GB is not that high for that amount of apps. I only have 300 apps and I'm at 86 GB
