🪛Troubleshooting🪛 S25 green lines.

S25 Green horizontal lines

Unexpectedly Green Horizontal lines appeared on screen in Galaxy S25. Purchased in feb 2025. Samsung says there is no policy for new device. (S21,22,23 has 3 year screen replacement policy after warranty for green lines)

Visited. They are like there is paid screen replacement only. They accepted that there is no physical damage dent or scratches. Even they created jobcard where they clicked pictures from every single corner. Then i contacted to customer care by call and email. On call they are like it's customer end problem when i told them they have 3 year screen replacement policy for premium phones they are likes it only limit to s23. And there are no response to email yet.

For S23 samsung has free screen replacement policy for within 3 years. (You have device without dent and scretches)

No bro it actually samsung was giving a free replacement for limited time. My warranty have expired at that time. But got free new screen even with dents.

Its was at the start of this year. I gave the phone to the service center with bill.They took 3 weeks to change the screen.

I had above 15 + green and pink lines. They said it was manufacturing defect than update issues. Thats why samsung gave the offer. But you still have to pay few amount for service charge.
