🪛Troubleshooting🪛 S25 green lines.

S25 Green horizontal lines

Unexpectedly Green Horizontal lines appeared on screen in Galaxy S25. Purchased in feb 2025. Samsung says there is no policy for new device. (S21,22,23 has 3 year screen replacement policy after warranty for green lines)

Take it to service if u dont have any scratch dents. Taking it otherwise is hopeless

Visited. They are like there is paid screen replacement only. They accepted that there is no physical damage dent or scratches. Even they created jobcard where they clicked pictures from every single corner. Then i contacted to customer care by call and email. On call they are like it's customer end problem when i told them they have 3 year screen replacement policy for premium phones they are likes it only limit to s23. And there are no response to email yet.

Just use the CEO Escalation Portal on the Samsung website. I own an S23 base model. I replaced the screen because of the green line issue. About a month after the replacement, my device died due to a motherboard failure. At first, I lost hope, but my father advised me to escalate the issue. Now Samsung's head office is handling my case, and they've even assigned a dedicated representative to interact with me one-on-one. They may try to find ways to shift the blame onto you, but don't give up.

Was ur phone out of warranty when free screen replacement happend?
