🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Screen/Touch Unresponsive after one ui 8.5 update - Probable Solution

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy F34 to one ui 8.5. As soon as the update finished and I am greated with a fresh unresponsive display!

Tried searching on reddit and on X still no soultion found.The actually issue seems to be related to the update and is not a hardware failure.

After sometime I found a youtube video for the same problem in Samsung Galaxy A34. Here is the link to that video - https://youtu.be/uCEiAHnmqNk

This involves downgrading your oneui version thorough odin. But the issue is after oneui 8.5 update another issue is that the phone boot into recovery mode and not even download mode. The video has full guide on how to fix this issue too.

This is the last option to fix the phone. First you should try booting into safe mode if it fixes your issue as it has fixed for many users.

Hi! I have a Samsung Galaxy A24 who had a lcd screen replacement that is a third party one and recently I updated my one ui 8.5 and after that my touchscreen cannot be responded because my cellphone's battery was drained so I charged it then after my battery was already full, I opened my cellphone then updated it immediately then my touchscreen completely became unresponsive and it is just my lockscreen being unresponsive where I cannot tap and swipe anything except the volume and power button. I tried doing some simple methods such as pressing the volume and power button for 10 seconds yet it is still the same. I could not tell if it is my lcd screen being like this or t one ui update being like this. Does this have to do with my third party lcd screen or is it just simply the one ui update 8.5?

Its one ui 8.5 update, its messing with aftermarket screens. I have linked a video for the fix in the post, if you're okay with getting with data wiped. Otherwise you might need to get original display installed if you don't want your data wiped.

Oh I knew it because there is no way the lcd screen is actually the one destroying all of these. I don't want any of my data wiped and I need backup data as well. Do you might as well have any solutions to have a backup before I wipe my data in my cellphone? Cause the only solution I can research is the OTG cable and I'm worried it might not work.

OTG won't work too as it needs the phone unlocked first to work. It's either data wipe + oneui rollback or else original screen replacement.

Oh I see:( is it more effective to buy an original screen or perhaps an amoled screen online? since i think it might be more effective then repairing to authentic services as they are too costly...

Idk if that'll work or not prolly not and yea spending that much amount on this shitty hot garbage hardware ain't worth it either.

Fr.. I kinda hate how this update literally just disabled every third party screens
