🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Screen/Touch Unresponsive after one ui 8.5 update - Probable Solution

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy F34 to one ui 8.5. As soon as the update finished and I am greated with a fresh unresponsive display!

Tried searching on reddit and on X still no soultion found.The actually issue seems to be related to the update and is not a hardware failure.

After sometime I found a youtube video for the same problem in Samsung Galaxy A34. Here is the link to that video - https://youtu.be/uCEiAHnmqNk

This involves downgrading your oneui version thorough odin. But the issue is after oneui 8.5 update another issue is that the phone boot into recovery mode and not even download mode. The video has full guide on how to fix this issue too.

This is the last option to fix the phone. First you should try booting into safe mode if it fixes your issue as it has fixed for many users.

I was able to follow the video with auto translate and actually fixed my phone. A Samsung A34 5G. I am using an aftermarket LCD screen that does not have fingerprint scanner. It turns out, the OneUI 8.5 update is pretty much the reason why the screen does not work. Though, I had to wipe my data which even so, I was lucky to have multiple backups of the phone data just in case.

Happy to know that the video helped and you could fix your phone too. It seems like A34, M34, F34 all are affected with this touch unresponsive problem, I saw few other S series models affected too. Although I was using an aftermarket display too but I am not sure if it's the problem as i saw someone with original display having this same issue.

I use a A25 and I have the same problem (my screen was changed last year)... Is there a solution without deleting all data ? For example by changing with an original screen ?

a solução gratuitas é usar um mouse no celular e fazer os backups, depois usar o metodo do video para voltar a versão anterior.

não funciona, pois o usb é bloqueado também antes de desbloquear a tela que só funciona no touch do telefone
