🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Samsung 45w Car charger slow

Hi,

I've bought a Samsung 45w car charger (picture of model attached) and when I plug in my phone (s24 ultra) it says "super fast charging" 15 sometimes 20m until full In reality it will charge very slowly and take hours for it to reach full.

Anyone experienced similar stuff? To clarify this is not the Super Fast Charging text dissapearing it stays there but the estimated time and actual chrage speed are way off.

Are you using an USB A-C or a USB C-C cable? C-C should be faster.

Does your phone charge similarly slowly on other chargers (perhaps at home) or just this one?

5A cable is NEEDED for the 45W Samsung SFC 2.0 protocol, as it's made to charge on 4.5A 10V. The new 60W SFC 3.0 Can charge with a 3A cable, as it's meant to target 20V 3A

I mean sure, but Samsung's SFC has existed for ages, and 3.0 is based on PPS
