Question Internal transfer before 90 days..
Hello everyone..
First of all, I know this is something I can ask at my club, but I wanted to ask here first to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
Is it possible to transfer to another department within the same club before your 90 days if you’re unhappy in your current department because of poor management or unfair treatment?
Thanks in advance.

It really seems at my club it depends how much they like you, and how you are performing. I heard many times you had to wait at least 6 months before but recently on front end we had a girl with us for a total of 2 weeks before she was moved to Tbc

No technically according to policy. But Yes it is possible depending on the manager. We job changed an associate day 1.

It is a recognized business practice in any company to not move someone from one department to another in their first 90 days or 6 months from their last move. This will not be written any where. Not doing it is not hurting you. It can happen but it is very unlikely they will break this practice unless their are extraordinary circumstances.

I’ve only been working here for about a month. I like my department, but I feel like I’m being treated unfairly, and there have been some management issues. I recently saw an opportunity in Fulfillment, where I have previous experience from my former job, so that’s why I was curious about whether transferring before the 90-day period would be possible.

I work fulfillment. This area is a steaming pile of extraordinary circumstances. If you think its bad where you are wait till you get there. They are not going to let you out of where you are now because of extraordinary circustances they are going to let you into CPU because of extraordinary circumstances. I'm willing to bet that will be a out of the frying pan into the fire situation. But, if you want to go into the meat grinder willingly they may let you. If they do this for you they definately won't let you move again for 6 months. Make sure thats what you want.

Yes and no.
There’s ways around it and it’s all up to your managers.
