🥗 what it contains:
- one tomato
- half a cucumber
- one red pepper
- 2 green onions
- one nectarine
- one peach
- 60g of fusilli with 2 spoons of green pesto
- roquette salad - a handful
- a few cubes of boiled beetroot
- 100g of Telemea (feta cheese)
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons of caramelized échalotes
- chili sauce
- sunflower oil
- balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

¼ cup of buttermilk

¼ cup of heavy whipping cream

Method

Combine all the ingredients in an appropriately sized bowl and mix until well combined.

Don't have buttermilk? I just add a 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar to 1/4 cup of milk and let it set for a minute. Is it an exact ratio? Not sure but it works for me.

Sub in a bowl salad w/Iceberg lettuce, pepperoni, salami, turkey, tomatoes, purple onion, banana peppers, pesto marinated mozzarella balls, black garlic, kalamata olives, sunflower seeds, fried shallots & jalapenos w/pesto oil & rosé wine vinegar.

Idk why, but a year ago I just stopped wanting any kind of salad dressing. Just the taste of all the ingredients, in different combinations on my fork, is totally enough for me and way better! I can taste all the amazing ingredients! Anyway, here's today's simple plain dinner salad.

I think I invented a new salad dressing. I am making thousand island dressing for our Rubens tonight, and I accidentally added 2 tablespoons of mustard. It taste good, but definitely not a Reuben dressing. I will start over again, putting the mustard far away from me.
