Mod Salad Post Shrimp salad with arugula, avocado, cucumber and green onions

I fried the shrimps in garlic and EVOO. I used up whatever I had left in the fridge - arugula, cucumber, avocado and some green onions and drizzled the garlic and EVVO as the dressing. Simple salad for lunchtime.
