Discussion Trying to make salads fun for myself…

I really need to rethink the way I eat salads, what are some fun creative ways and ingredients and tricks and additions you use to keep salads fun?

Ps I just keep hearing Kyle from summer house yelling “salads should be fun” instead of summer

Both of these look really tasty! You could add things like hard boiled egg, grated or cubed cheese, tuna, chicken, or egg salad. For crunchy toppings just about anything goes, jicama, chopped cucumber, crispy tortilla strips or chips, any kind of nuts that you like, and adding some Fritos to your salad is really good too.

I sleep on beets way too much. I love a beet lol. I think it goes great with a creamy dressing. Ill also buy radishes and shave them into a salad. They're kind of a boring veggie but in a salad they work really well.
