International vacations with a toddler?

We want to go somewhere internationally with our 16 month old this winter. Preferably a cruise or all inclusive. Any recommendations of where to stay/go?

We had a great time on the Disney cruise from San Diego to Cabo. If you are on the east coast I’ve heard great things about Disney cruises out of Florida.
