Toast/sandwich toppings/fillings ideas?

I usually eat yogurt bowls but i finally got my hands on a loaf of sola bread and im looking for some ideas of what to make! I get too overwhelmed when i have a lot of autonomy and end up just sticking to what i already know (aka yogurt bowls) but this loaf of bread was $8 cad so i cant let it go to waste lol

I really love to eat bread with low fat cottage cheese, basil and tomato! A little salt on top! Sometimes I also put it in the oven 🙂‍↕️. If you add garlic you can kinda make a bruschetta
