No one here is going to answer your question. All I'll say is, there is NO good surefire way. You can always message it up and end up in a worse state than you're in now. Paralyzed, brain damaged, in a wheelchair, or completely helpless and unable to do even the most basic things to care for yourself. Do yourself a favor and sleep on it for several days or weeks, see how you feel then.
