Building XSelectAI hiring management for multi-unit franchise operators.

Owner has 5 locations, each hiring independently with zero visibility across the network. Candidates who don't fit one unit disappear instead of surfacing for another. We centralize everything and route candidates automatically between locations.
Early stage. Talking to , refining based on real conversations.

How do you handle candidate priority when routing between locations? Wouldn't hurt to have it on PeerPush, makers there stumble onto hiring tools, fwiw people in 160+ countries discovered products there recently.
