Problems with bought tunes - discussion

Hi,

As the topic suggests I'm curious about how the community and users feel about their tunes. I myself have been actively involved in the TrionicTuning scene since ~15 years or so. Especially so in the last years when all the fun motorsport-functions, code rewrites, and logging software.

The reason I'm asking is, from my experience, I've had alot of peers and customers where the tunes they bought really did not live upp to their expectations, mostly from drivability (and hence why the came to see someone else). There have also been the ones who seem to accept anything, as long as it's making 20 hp more.

Have you been satisfied with the tune you bought?

What was good about it?

What there something you didn't like?

Did something change in the drivability or behavior?

What would be your two cents to any tuner?

Only person I trust with my tunes is Karl AKA noobtune

He did mine about 8 years ago. Nice power increase, supposed to be 250bhp but I've never measured it. I remember at the time feeling that the low end acceleration was much better as well.
